How it works
One process, every time
Trapping without sealing leaves the way in open, so the plan covers both.
-
Step 1
Inspect
Inside and out, attic and crawlspace, with photos of every entry point.
-
Step 2
Trap
Traps set where rodents travel. No poison, ever.
-
Step 3
Seal
Every gap closed with steel mesh and sheet metal, not foam alone.
-
Step 4
Clean up
Droppings, nesting and soiled insulation removed and sanitized.
-
Step 5
Warranty
A 1-year written warranty on the sealing work.
